BLNKD OS ("the App") is an internal outreach tool built and operated by BLNKD Studio ("we", "us"). It is a single-operator tool used by BLNKD Studio to manage its own sales outreach and is not offered as a public product or service to third parties.

What data we collect

  • Prospect data you manually enter or import (company name, website, country, platform, contact name, email address, status, notes, and follow-up dates).
  • Google account information: when you connect Gmail, we receive your Gmail address and an OAuth access/refresh token issued by Google.
  • Activity records: a log of which emails were sent, when, and to which prospect, created only when you click Send.

How we use Google user data

BLNKD OS requests the gmail.send Gmail API scope for one purpose only: to send an email you have written and explicitly submitted, from your own Gmail account, when you click Send in the app. We do not:

  • Read, search, or access your inbox, sent mail, or any other Gmail content.
  • Send any email automatically or without you clicking Send.
  • Use Gmail data to serve ads, or transfer it to any third party or data broker.
  • Allow any human other than you to view your Gmail data.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database dedicated to this app. Only the operator of BLNKD Studio has access to this database and the underlying Cloudflare account. No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third parties.

Revoking access / deleting data

You can revoke BLNKD OS's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of any data stored in the app, contact us using the details below.
