BLNKD OS ("the App") is an internal tool built and operated by BLNKD Studio for its own outreach and sales operations. It is not offered as a public product or service, and access is limited to BLNKD Studio's own operator(s).
Use of the App
The App is provided for BLNKD Studio's internal use only. By using it, you agree to use it only for legitimate business outreach and to comply with applicable email and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and equivalent regulations) for any email sent through it.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. BLNKD Studio does not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLNKD Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including any email sent, or any loss of data.
Third-party services
The App integrates with Google's Gmail API to send email on the user's behalf, and with Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Use of those services is also subject to Google's and Cloudflare's own terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
